Welcome!

Rural Health Association of Tennessee's (RHA) Workforce Ready training has been created in partnership with rural healthcare employers, K-12 partners, and community colleges across the state. The focus is on soft-skill development, introducing students to careers in healthcare, and introducing learners to some basics life-saving skills everyone should know. These modules include:

  1. Building a foundation for success in any job.
  2. Career Exploration and Preparation (healthcare focused)
  3. Administering Naloxone (opioid overdose reversal medication)

Audience: Youth 16 and up; Adults exploring entry-level healthcare careers.

Approximate Duration: 1.5 hours

To Complete the Course:

  • Login (link top right). Members will be directed to RHA's main site to login. Guests will be asked to create a new user login (membership not required).
  • Begin the course. Click "View Course" (below) to begin.
  • Complete lessons. Use the navigation menu or 'Continue Buttons' to advance through the training. 
  • Read the lesson materials. Learners must complete all activities and videos to receive credit.
